Paul Watson is a founding partner and Master trainer at Transform Fitness. He was trained and educated in both Canada and the US.
“My approach to training comes from a strong foundation in studies of biochemical and biomechanical sciences. I’ve dedicated my focus of these studies to their application to the body. This has been put to the test in applying the work to physical therapy and further studies in massage and occupational therapy. I believe that an integrated resistance training program has a broad application if it includes all the elements that define strength (flexibility, endurance, mechanical strength, aerobic conditioning).”
He has certifications in medical exercise (working with clients pre and post surgeries), resistance training and other certifications involving manual therapies.
